I'm a Desktop Support Engineer based in Melbourne, Australia, with a strong foundation in IT support, cloud administration, and infrastructure monitoring. My experience spans enterprise environments, MSP-style operations, and remote global support across Australia and Sri Lanka.
I hold a Bachelor of Information Technology from SLIIT and am currently completing my Certified Cyber Security Professional qualification at Lumify Learn. I'm passionate about building resilient IT systems and delivering exceptional end-user experiences.
